As a manifestation of its commitment to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 – Good Health and Well-being, Universitas Esa Unggul (UEU) continues to promote the creation of a healthy, active, and productive campus environment. Through a range of comprehensive sports and health facilities, the UEU academic community, from students and lecturers to educational staff, is now increasingly active in participating in regular fitness activities such as group exercises, basketball, and futsal on the field.

These regular sports activities are not only a means of relieving stress after academic activities, but also part of the university’s efforts to foster a culture of healthy living on campus. Every week, the basketball court, jogging track, and Fitness Center are always crowded with students and staff exercising together, creating a dynamic campus atmosphere full of positive energy.

Morning Exercises and Group Fitness Activities

One of the community’s favorite activities is the regular morning exercises held at the UEU Sport Field. This activity was open to the entire campus community. Accompanied by energetic music and guidance from fitness instructors, participants enthusiastically follow each movement that promotes physical health.

Basketball and Futsal Courts Become the Center of Student Activities

In addition to fitness activities, the UEU basketball and futsal courts also serve as spaces for social interaction and sportsmanship among students. Every afternoon, various communities and student activity units (UKM) can be seen conducting routine training and friendly matches.

According to the UEU Student Affairs Bureau, student participation in sports activities has increased significantly since campus facilities were optimized. The basketball and futsal courts, which are open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., have now become centers for positive activities, strengthening the spirit of togetherness and discipline among students.
