SDG 2: Zero Hunger

Through research on food technology, nutrition, and sustainable agriculture, UEU promotes food diversification and the use of maggot, catfish, and hydroponic systems (Eco-Cycle Food System) to strengthen household food security. Community outreach includes training in urban farming and healthy food processing for families.
