Universitas Esa Unggul Promotes Adolescent Health Literacy Through the Implementation of the “E-Rapor Sehatku” Digital Application


Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul has once again demonstrated its commitment to developing digital innovations in the field of public health through a Community Service on the Implementation of Digital Adolescent Health Screening (E-Rapor Sehatku) at SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok. This activity is a form of community service that focuses on strengthening adolescent health literacy and optimizing digital-based Adolescent Health Screening (PKR).
The program, which was held on Friday, August 23, 2024, featured the Universitas Esa Unggul community service team, involving 14 members of the school’s PKR team as the main participants. Through this activity, participants received intensive guidance on the implementation of the E-Rapor Sehatku system—an application developed through research and development by Universitas Esa Unggul University in 2023.
The E-Rapor Sehatku application (https://e-raporsehatku.com/) is designed with multi-user features, allowing access for students, parents, teachers, and the PKR implementation team. This system not only functions as a health recording and monitoring tool, but also provides health education features to improve literacy and awareness of healthy living in the school environment.

Introduction of E-Rapor
The guidance is comprehensive, covering training in the use of the application, strengthening evidence-based program planning and evaluation, and implementing educational strategies that involve all elements of the school. Through this activity, Esa Unggul University affirms its strategic role in bridging the academic world with community needs through the application of sustainable health technology innovations.
In addition to providing direct benefits to schools, this program also produces various academic outputs such as accredited national journal publications, intellectual property rights (IPR), mass media articles, video documentation, and patent drafts.
The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma Among Praja, ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng., said that this activity is a tangible manifestation of the campus’ commitment to integrating innovation, technology, and community empowerment.
“E-Rapor Sehatku is an example of how campus research results can directly have a significant social impact. Through the digitization of the adolescent health screening system, we aim to foster a health-conscious culture from school age while strengthening digital literacy in society,” said the Rector of Esa Unggul.
Universitas Esa Unggul hopes that the implementation of E-Rapor Sehatku can serve as a national model for the digitization of school health services and become a strategic step toward a healthy, intelligent, and technologically adaptive younger generation.
